THE ASIAN ARTS INITIATIVE IS A COMMUNITY-BASED ARTS CENTER IN PHILADELPHIA THAT ENGAGES ARTISTS AND EVERYDAY PEOPLE TO CREATE ART THAT EXPLORES THE DIVERSE EXPERIENCES OF ASIAN AMERICANS, ADDRESSES OUR SOCIAL CONTEXT,IMAGINES AND AFFECTS POSITIVE COMMUNITY CHANGE.
