CHAMPLAIN HOUSING TRUST'S MISSION STATEMENT ASSERTS OUR PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE AS FOLLOWS: CHT IS A COMMUNITY LAND TRUST THAT SUPPORTS THE PEOPLE OF NORTHWEST VERMONT AND STRENGTHENS THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND STEWARDSHIP OF PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE HOMES AND RELATED COMMUNITY ASSETS.
