CAP OCS MISSION IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE WITHIN ORANGE COUNTY BY ELIMINIATING AND PREVENTING THE CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF POVERTY BY MOBILIZING AND DIRECTING RESOURCES TO PROGRAMS THAT ASSIST, EDUCATE AND PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
