OUR MISSION IS TO STIMULATE A FOCUSING OF ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES UPON THE GOAL OF ENABLING AREA LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES TO ATTAIN SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND MOTIVATIONS, AND SECURE THE OPPORTUNITIES NEEDED FOR THEM TO BECOME SELRF-SUFFICIENT
