Mission

REPLICATE THE NURSE-FAMILY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM WHICH EMPOWERS MOTHERS AFFECTED BY SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC ADVERSITY TO SUCCESSFULLY CHANGE THEIR LIVES AND THE LIVES OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH EVIDENCE-BASED NURSE HOME VISITING. (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)REPLICATE THE CHILD FIRST PROGRAM WHICH PARTNERS WITH CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES TO HELP THEM HEAL FROM THE DEVASTATING EFFECTS OF TRAUMA AND CHRONIC STRESS BY FOSTERING THE MODEL, EMBEDDED IN A SYSTEM OF CARE, WHICH WORKS TO ADDRESS THE DEVELOPMENT OF STRONG, NURTURING, CAREGIVER-CHILD RELATIONSHIPS, PROMOTING ADULT SKILL-BUILDING, AND CONNECTING FAMILIES WITH SERVICES.
