Repeal Reunite Reinvest CA Re:CA Coalition aims to repeal California's Three Strikes Law through a citizen's initiative placed on the 2024 presidential ballot. The goal in doing this is to reunite currently incarcerated individuals with their families and communities and reinvest cost-savings into entities and institutions proven to curb crime and promote community safety and well-being. Re:CA centers currently and formerly incarcerated individuals directly-impacted people and historically oppressed communities in its work to ensure equity and effectiveness.
