SILVERCREST CENTER FOR NURSING AND REHABILITATION LOCATED IN QUEENS, NEW YORK HAS CHOSEN AS OUR MISSION TO PROVIDE A CONTINUUM OF CARE THROUGH DIVERSE PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE QUALITY HEALTH CARE AND PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND DIGNITY FOR ALL, IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE LEADERSHIP IS BY EXAMPLE, KNOWLEDGE IS SHARED, CREATIVITY IS SOUGHT AFTER AND CONTINUED EDUCATION IS PROMOTED.
