Our mission is to build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities. The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley is a community centered association dedicated to building a healthy spirit, mind and body for all people, while maintaining an emphasis on youth. YMCA programs focus on four core values - caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. We serve men, women and children of all ages, races, abilities, incomes, and religions. We provide financial assistance (facility membership and programs fees) to those who need it. We identify needs within our community and respond to them so that our entire community benefits from our efforts. Our mission comes alive through the efforts of paid staff, volunteers and members. YMCAs help participants to grow personally, develop values, improve relations, appreciate diversity, become leaders and supports, develop specific skills, have fun and enjoy life.
