WE STRIVE TO LIVE IN A WORLD IN WHICH A PERSON WHO USES SUBSTANCES CAN LIVE FREE FROM DISCRIMINATION AND THOSE WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER CAN READILY OBTAIN EFFECTIVE TREATMENT.
